SH Group enters strategic collaboration with Babcock
The agreement combines Babcock's experience from international naval programmes with SH Group's expertise in maritime engineering, modular mission systems and naval payload integration.
Two busy and rewarding days at DALO Industry Days 2026 have come to an end.
SH Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Babcock to explore opportunities for collaboration on naval platform systems, mission integration and future maritime capabilities.
The agreement was signed during DALO Industry Days 2026 and reflects a shared ambition to strengthen defence industrial cooperation between Denmark and the United Kingdom. The collaboration will focus on naval platform systems, mission integration and modular capabilities. SH Defence a part of SH Group contributes experience in modular mission systems and maritime integration.
Babcock brings extensive expertise from major international naval programmes and naval support operations. Together, the companies will explore opportunities to support both Danish and international customers. The agreement also provides a framework for future dialogue and cooperation on projects of mutual interest.
