Cube™ Frames for every operational need

Our Cube™ frames form the foundation of every Cube™ module, but it also plays another important role.

Together with our skidding rails and movers, Cube™ frames enable modules to be moved safely on board the vessel and in port.

Our Cube™ frames are available in different versions and configurations and can be tailored to specific payloads, vessel types, operational requirements and future autonomous operations.

The choice of frame determines how, and to what extent, modules can be moved and handled throughout the vessel.

  • Compatible with our external mover

  • Suitable of integration of large complex systems

Flexible and lightweight

Cube™ Light Flex Frame

A light and low-profile  Cube™ frame equipped with rollers, sliding pads or telescopic jacks for safe movement in low sea states.

  • Designed for harbour and low sea state operations

  • Compatible with our external mover

  • Supports skidding-based handling concepts

  • Optimised for reduced weight and operational flexibility

How to build your mission module

Once the appropriate Cube™ frame has been selected, the next step is to determine how the mission payload should be integrated.

Depending on the mission requirement, a Cube™ mission module can be created in three different ways.

1. Direct integration

Mission equipment is integrated directly onto the Cube™ framework, creating an open platform tailored to the specific payload.

This approach is particularly well suited for Cube™ Base Frames and Cube™ Light Flex Frames, where sensors, OEM systems, launch and recovery equipment or other mission-specific capabilities can be mounted directly onto the frame.

2. ISO container integration

Convert a standard 10, 20 or 40 ft ISO container into a Cube™-compatible mission module by integrating it with a Cube™ frame.

This approach is commonly used with Cube™ Light Flex Frames and Cube™ Flex Frames, allowing existing containerised capabilities to benefit from standardised handling, securing and integration interfaces.

3. Complete Cube™ module

A complete enclosed mission module with your Cube™ frame integrated into the container structure. Cube™ Modules are available in 10, 20 and 40 ft ISO container footprints and can be configured to support different payloads, handling concepts and operational requirements.
