SH Group

We are an international company in the development, production and servicing of hydraulic and mechanical system solutions for the offshore, marine and industrial sectors.

Founded in 1974, we currently employ about 300 qualified employees at the headquarter in Svendborg, the service department at Lindø Industrial Park in Odense and now in Sandnes, Norway.

In 2012 we acquired the Norwegian company, Sepro AS which is a leading engineering and manufacturing company whose primary activities include systems for subsea handling operations.  

At the headquarter in Svendborg we have a ground area of 45.000 m2 and more than 10.500 m2 buildings.

Sepro™

Sepro™ is SH Groups brand for high-performance handling systems for ROV and Subsea Operations. Sepro™ has got one the most comprehensive product portfolios in the market for LARS (Launch & Recovery Systems) and have an extensive experience and knowledge within design, engineering, project management and production.

Sepro™ offers turnkey system deliveries including system integration as well as single product deliveries. Design, production, assembly and testing are carried out at SH Group A/S in Svendborg, Denmark. This is done by purpose to have optimum control of quality and functionality for each individual delivery.

We have an excellent track record with the majority of these systems in daily operations world-wide.

NorCrane™

NorCrane™ is an engineering company established in 2004. NorCrane™ is specialized in pulling and lifting technology for the marine and offshore support industry.

Xervo™

Xervo™ produces the Boat-In-A-Box™ davit system. The system protects the boat, the winch system, the Drop-In-Ball™ hook system as well as all wire systems. The modular concept makes it easy to install on either newbuildings or retrofit.

The Boat-In-A-Box™ davit system is installed with either hydraulically controlled davit arms for ships or as a fixed installation for rigs. The modular concept also means easy installation and maintenance.

The system can be customised for arctic environments.
